If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective or in error, you must notify our shipping department within 30 days of date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or credit. All returns must comply with our 30 day policy. We reserve the right to refuse any product that is beyond the 30 day limit. We will not accept any item that has been installed or used. All returned items must be received in an unused condition with it's original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. We will refund or credit you once we have inspected them to be sure that they are in new condition and have not been installed or used. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any return. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we made an error on your order we will gladly cover the return UPS Ground or US Postal shipping charges upon receipt of the item.
Absolutely NO returns on glued tubulars.
Cyclocrossworld stands behind all manufacturers warranties. All items must be inspected by us and/or the manufacturer to be deemed a warranty. If covered under warranty, items may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion. All warranty items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. No exceptions.
To process a return, please log into your account and select the order containing the products which you would like to return. Clink the "Add New RMA" button and be sure to include as much information about the nature of your return as possible. Please include your reason for returning the item, the number of each item that you are returning, and any specific issues the item may have. Once submitted, our customer service department will process your Return Merchandise Authorization request as soon as possible. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your RMA request. |
