Cyclocrossworld ships all packages within the Continental US via UPS
unless the shipping address is a P.O. Box, AK, HI or a foreign address.
In those cases Cyclocross World ships via the US Postal Service. We use
UPS for good reasons - ability to track a package, insurance and their
track record is by far better than the Postal Service. There is no free
shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. Please note all prices are subject to change.
We do
our best to ship products in a timely fashion. Most orders that are
recieved by 2pm will ship that day. If you place an order on a Friday
and select UPS RED Label/Next Day Air, you will not recieve your order
until Monday. If you absolutely need it for Saturday, please call us and
we can prepare your order to ship via Next Day Air Saturday delivery.
If
you are having your order shipped internationally please note the we DO
NOT ship any packages via UPS Next day or 2 day. Please select USPS and
the appropriate region. Should you select UPS, we will edit your
selection and send it USPS. Once again there is NO free shipping.
Please note the charges for frames, bikes/kits and wheelsets are not based on dollar figure but rather box size and weight.

Please
double check your shipping address. If it is not complete or accurate,
UPS will charge a "re-direct" fee ($10.00) that we will have to pass on
to you. If you are shipping to your office please be sure to include the
name of your company and/or the floor and Mail Stop (if applicable)
where you are located. If your order is returned for an insufficient
address, we will have to charge you shipping again to re-send it. |
